WHAT TO EXPECT: Your first office visit will be about 90 minutes with return office visits being 45 minutes. During the first visit, my goal is to understand who you are and what you are experiencing, what your health journey has been so far, what you have been previously diagnosed with, review recent lab work, and understand your wellness goals. After getting your full history and performing pertinent physical exam, we will work together to come up with a therapeutic plan that focuses on addressing the root cause of your ailments, as well as healing your body as a whole. Your therapeutic plan could include everything from lifestyle changes to nutritional counseling to botanical medicine to homeopathy to mind body techniques. 

BOOKING APPOINTMENT: You can book an online appointment below using the “Schedule” button. Once you schedule an appointment, you will receive a follow up email allowing you to set up your patient portal through Charm EHR. In the portal, you will be able to fill out new patient questionnaires to make our first appointment the most efficient and meaningful!

PAYMENT: I accept cash, credit cards, checks, and HSA (health savings account) cards. I do not accept insurance. First office visits (90 minutes) are 260 dollars and return office visits (45-60 minutes) are 140 dollars. Acute visits (30 minutes) are 70 dollars.  

CANCELLATION POLICY: Patients must cancel their appointment 24 hours prior to the office visit. If patient cancels within 24 hours or does not show up to their appointment, patient will be charged 70 dollars for missing/canceling a return visit and 100 dollars for missing/cancelling a first office visit.
